Project Progress

            I have been making a lot of progress in my project! I started typing my information and making my webpage filled with information about Businesses All Around The World. Soon I will be calling Rockwell Automation and scheduling an interview to talk to one of the plant managers about my project and getting more interesting information and learning more about my topic! I am so excited to see my project when it is all done! I have learned many things already about my topic, for example; I learned about how long the people from different countries with the business that is all around the world stay in the United States, why they come here, where they stay, and last I learned that most of the people that come here already know English besides their language.

What I Learned

First we learned how to use Polldaddy, to make surveys of our own about our research topics, and also I learned how to take our classmates surveys. I learned how to make charts on Microsoft Excel about one of our questions and the results of the people that took our surveys. Today I learned how to make a website for our topics, mine is Businesses All Around The World. Also I learned how to insert my chart to website and to edit it and delete unwanted info on my website. This project is going to be so much fun!

What I Accomplished for My Project.

  I learned so many new things! I learned that there is Rockwell Automation not only in North America but, in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and The Middle East & Africa. Also  I achieved of finding out two locations and distributors for each category. Then I learned how to browse with technology when i needed a zip code for Canada. I went to websites and searched for zip codes for many places also.

Making a difference in Global Awareness

I can make a difference in Global Awareness by making world peace. People in our world need to realize what is going not only with themselves but around them. Third world countries is an example of people needing to know about global awareness. Not just children but adults don't know about what is happening for example world hunger, the war, extreme sicknesses,  and contaminated, dirty water.

How and what will you do to prepare yourself for the 21st Century?

I will prepare myself for the 21st Century by listening to my teachers while they are talking to my class and me about our futures. In my future during the 21st Century my career will be a teacher. Also I will prepare myself for my job by taking important classes that will help me with my career and listen well to my teachers/professors.
